The land, in short
Two hundred and thirty acres of cedar, live oak, pecan grove, limestone bluff, and river water — fronting the Pedernales, held by one family, opened to a few each year.
The ranch sits an hour west of Austin, with frontage on the Pedernales rising up through wildflower meadows to the ridge. Mature live oaks shade the meadow. A spring-fed pond runs constantly clear. Limestone bluffs hold deep natural caves. A sunset lookout catches every evening worth catching.
We host a small number of events each season, by design.
